Preston Dennett
grew up very sceptical of all things paranormal. In 1984, following the
death of his mother, he saw her ghost and experienced a series of dream
visitations from her spirit. Still sceptical, he reluctantly began to
research various paranormal phenomena including UFOs, dreams, ghosts,
life-after-death and eventually out-of-body experiences.
Intrigued
by the idea of going out-of-body, he decided to try the exercises. To
his shock, he easily slipped out of his body, and after much trial and
error, learned to control the ability. He has since had hundreds of
OBEs and has made many advanced explorations into the astral dimensions.
Today, Dennett is a leading UFO researcher, ghost hunter and paranormal researcher. He has authored ten books, including Out-of-Body Exploring,
and more than 100 articles covering the full range of the paranormal.
He has appeared on numerous television and radio programmes. His
research has been featured in the LA Times and the LA Daily News.
He has taught classes on out-of-body experiences and has lectured
widely across the United States. He currently lives in Canoga Park,
California.
