TOWARD THE LIGHT
~ Monday, 24 April 2006 ~

Linda Jacquin had two Near-Death Experiences—one at age 4 ½ when she drowned while playing in a creek at a church picnic and one as an adult.

She is the Editor of Vital Signs, a quarterly publication of IANDS, International Association for Near-Death Studies. She recently stepped down from the board of IANDS after six years—the maximum time allowed—and three as Vice President.

She has been a guest lecturer on the Near-Death Experience in the United States, Hawaii and Canada. She has been on radio and TV broadcasts in Canada and the US.

She was featured on the DVD documentary, Cheating Death-Beyond and Back, a trailer to the movie Final Destination II. Linda was the consultant on the Capstone Children’s Book, Near-Death Experiences.

Currently she is working on a cookbook, Recipes to Die For, with proceeds going to IANDS. As she says, “Life is short, eat dessert first.” Her two NDEs have taught her to live everyday as if it were your last, play nice, love yourself and respect those you meet.
